Shipping Times

We understand that you want your order as soon as possible, which is why we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as we can. Depending on your shipping destination, your order will generally arrive within the following time frames:

Inside Riyadh: Same day for the orders before 6 PM, and on the next days for the orders after 6 PM.

All Cities : 3 business days
Please note that these are estimated shipping times, and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking

If your shipment is handled by a Mazajkoom representative within Riyadh, you will be contacted directly by the representative through WhatsApp using the mobile number provided in your order.

For tracking shipments sent through shipping companies such as SMSA and Aramex, a direct text message will be sent by the shipping company when they initiate the shipping process.

Tracking through RedBox is done through them, and the order status will be sent to your number in case of any updates.

Important Note: Once the shipment is handed over to the shipping company chosen by the customer, whether it’s RedBox, SMSA, Aramex, or any other agreed-upon shipping company, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the shipping company. Any delays in the delivery of the order are the responsibility of the shipping company and fall outside the scope of Mazajkoom website. Please be aware that our team is working diligently to ensure these companies deliver orders within the estimated times and to follow up in case of any delays.

Shipping costs

• Shipping costs depend on several variables and may change at any time, but Mazajkoom store bears part of the shipping cost and tries to fix it at a limit of 30 riyals for all regions of the Kingdom, subject to change according to changes prevailing in the shipping sector so that our products reach you at the fastest and best price
• The customer may incur additional costs that are not mentioned when placing the order if the area to be delivered is relatively far from the main city centers.
• If the order is canceled after it has been shipped and handed over to the shipping company, the customer will bear all shipping costs
