- The store reserves the right to accept and reject requests, and the request is not considered accepted unless the store confirms that.
- The customer has the right to exchange and return only in the cases described in this list, otherwise the request will be rejected.
- The customer has the right to exchange or return in the event that a manufacturing defect appears on the product after receiving the shipment within a period not exceeding 24 hours.
- The customer must report manufacturing defects within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
- The customer must keep the factory packaging when submitting a return or exchange request.
- The customer is obligated to re-ship the products in cases of exchange and return due to a manufacturing defect, and the store will examine them by the authorized agent to confirm the request for exchange or return.
- The amounts will be returned to the same payment method, unless the parties agree on another method of payment.
- If the store resulted in material damage, the store has the right to deduct the amount from the return value as compensation for the damage.
- The customer is not entitled to claim the return or exchange of flavor products, burners and tanks after opening the package.
- The store’s responsibility for the order ends after it is delivered to the shipping company. In the event that the order is delayed or lost by the shipping company, you can contact the shipping company in this regard.
- The customer has no right to cancel the order after it has been shipped
